Account and Data Deletion Request

TiffinEZ - Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your TiffinEZ account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

For Owner App Users:

To request deletion of your Owner account:

  1. Email us at: info@tiffinez.in
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Owner App"
  3. Include: Your registered phone number and business name
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days

For Customer App Users:

To request deletion of your Customer account:

  1. Email us at: info@tiffinez.in
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Customer App"
  3. Include: Your registered phone number
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days

For Delivery Partner App Users:

To request deletion of your Delivery Partner account:

  1. Email us at: info@tiffinez.in
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Delivery Partner"
  3. Include: Your registered phone number
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days

What Data Will Be Deleted:

  • Your account profile (name, phone number)
  • Saved addresses
  • App preferences and settings
  • Device tokens and session data
  • Photos you uploaded (for Owner app)

What Data Will Be Retained:

For legal and accounting compliance, the following data will be retained for up to 7 years:

  • Transaction records and payment history
  • Order history (anonymized after 90 days)
  • Records required by tax and financial regulations

Processing Time:

  • Account deactivation: Immediate upon request
  • Full data deletion: Within 30 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Before You Delete:

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion
  • Complete any pending orders or deliveries
  • Cancel any active subscriptions
